The Court and the Next President

The makeup of the Supreme Court is an important issue in the presidential race, and it is not being truly addressed. With Women’s rights and the Health Care Reform Act all but guaranteed to be before the SCOTUS we need to be concerned. Bush v. Gore, anyone?
